Today's Woman Event of the Year

Our annual vendor reception will be held on Thursday, September 16th, 2010, from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at the San Bernardino Fairgrounds, 14800 7th Street, Alaska USA Event Building, Victorville. Reception parking is outside (blue gate) Gate D. Reservations for this event is required, only 2 members per vendor will be able to attend. Please RSVP to (760) 242-7777, ext. 228 by September 10th, 2010. We encourage your attendance to this event to receive valuable vendor set-up information, including Expo’s parking assignment. Today’s Woman Foundation 2010, 10th year expo preview, opportunity to network and get your event questions answered.

Set-up: Set-up begins at noon on Friday, October 15th and must be completed by 6:00 pm Friday evening. No set-ups will be allowed the day of the event- No Exceptions. You are required to provide all of your own equipment such as; extension cords, decorations, giveaways, bungee cords, zip-ties, etc. When off loading your items for your booth you may pull up to your assigned building take your items to your booth then please move your car to the parking lot to ensure the next vendor has the same opportunity.

Signage: We want you to promote your product and company while at the Today’s Woman Expo, when hanging a banner it is requested that you use zip-ties or bungee cords. No Safety Pins will be allowed so please make sure you bring the appropriate items to hang a banner.

Breakdown: You are NOT to begin to breakdown your booth before 3:00 pm, Saturday, October 16th. No Exceptions. The Today’s Woman committee or the San Bernardino County Fairgrounds will provide no equipment.

Electricity: Exhibitors are required to provide their own extension cords and surge protectors. In compliance with safety and fire codes NO electrical cords may cross any traffic paths.

Required Items: If you have any of the following items still outstanding, you are requested to have these into our office by October 1st If these items are not in by October 1st then you risk the possibility of forfeiting your booth space: vendor booth final payment, liability insurance, workers compensation certificate, and vendor application. The Certificate of Liability Insurance must read as follows:

Description of Operations: The State of California, The District Agricultural Association, County Fair, The County in which the County Fair is located, lessor/sublessor if fair site is leased/subleased, Citrus Fruit Fair, or California Exposition and State Fair, their directors, officers, agents, servants, and employees are made additional insured, but only insofar as the operations under this contract are concerned. Certificate holder is hereby named as additional insured designated person/organization (CGT491) for Today’s Woman Foundation c/o Choice Medical Group Expo being held on October 16, 2010 at San Bernardino County Fairgrounds.

If you do not have Certificate of Liability Insurance you may purchase the insurance from San Bernardino County Fairgrounds. Cost is $22. San Bernardino County Fairgrounds will only accept cashier’s check or money order payable to CFSA.
